Acceptance of Refund Policy
By purchasing from WearGic, you agree to our Refund & Return Policy. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth, but in case of returns or refunds, the following conditions will apply.
The time required to process your refund depends on the payment method used. Typically, it takes 7 to 10 working days for the refund to be completed.
The refund period starts once WearGic processes your refund according to your refund type. The refund amount covers the product price and shipping fees for returned products (where applicable).
Types of Refunds
Depending on the situation, refunds may be processed under the following categories:
1. Refunds from Returns
Applicable when a product is returned successfully.
Refunds are processed after your returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control (QC).
2. Refunds from Canceled Orders
Applicable when an order is canceled before shipping.
Refunds are automatically initiated once the cancellation is confirmed in our system.
3. Refunds from Failed Deliveries
Applicable when a package cannot be delivered.
The refund process begins once the undelivered item returns to our warehouse. Timelines may vary depending on your shipping location.
Return & Replacement Policy
Conditions for Return & Replacement:
- The return request must be made within 3 days from the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- All original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, free gifts, invoices, and accessories must be included.
- If the item came with a promotional free item, it must also be returned.
- Product must not have tape, stickers, or markings directly on the manufacturer’s box.
We strive to deliver your orders in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that does not meet expectations, you may return it under the following conditions:
Reasons Eligible for Returns & Replacement
Returns will be accepted for the following reasons:
Product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
Size mismatch (only if the delivered size does not match the invoice).
Color mismatch for clothing.
Wrong design or misprint on clothing.
Wrong product sent.
Refund Process
Important Notes:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) service charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you paid via Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- If a duplicate payment was made due to technical error, a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.
- If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact support@weargic.com.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned product passes inspection.
Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund.
How to Return a Product
Steps:
- Contact WearGic Customer Care at support@weargic.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, return reason, and product details.
- Package the product securely with all original items and mention your order number and return tracking number clearly.
- Hand over the package to the assigned pickup agent or drop-off station.
- Collect the WearGic Return Acknowledgment Form as proof of your return request.
